Eligibility Criteria for AIATSL Recruitment

Educational Qualification

Given below details are required by the candidates who apply for this  AIATSL  Recruitment 2022:

1. Customer Agent -Graduate with a Diploma in IATA – UFTAA or IATA – FIATA or IATA – DGR or IATA CARGO from a recognised university following the 10+2+3 pattern.

Alternatively, a 10+2+3 pattern graduate from a recognised university.

2. Utility Agent and Ramp Driver– SSC /10th Standard Pass SSC /10th Standard Pass SSC /10th Standard Pass At the time of the trade exam, you must have a valid HMV driver’s licence.

Candidates that are fluent in the native language will be given preference.

3. Handyman -SSC /10th Standard Pass SSC /10th Standard Pass SSC /10th Standard Pass It is necessary to be able to read and interpret English. It is preferable to have a working knowledge of the local and Hindi languages, as well as the capacity to understand and speak them.

Selection Procedure

  1. PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION:

Customer Service Representatives (Male and Female): Job Role: Airport Passenger check-in, airline ticket reservations, boarding, and all terminal functions are the main areas of responsibility. The most important criteria is passenger and airline happiness. Three shifts each week, including night shifts for both men and women, with one weekly off on a rotating basis will be the work pattern. Progression in your career is determined by your performance and the number of years you have worked there. Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and Paid Leave are available to those who qualify for PF and ESI.

  1. Utility Agent cum Ramp driver (UARD)_ SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Job Purpose: Upon completion of training, primarily operate heavy vehicles such as tractors, buses, and ground service equipment, as well as maintain equipment. For this position, an HMV licence is required, and individuals who have already applied and passed the RTO driving exam are eligible to apply. Passenger and aircraft safety will be paramount considerations.

The work schedule will consist of three shifts, one of which will be night shift, and one weekly off on a rotating basis. Progression in your career is based on your performance and the number of years you’ve worked. Casual Leave, Sick Leave, and Paid Leave are all available to those who are eligible for PF and ESI.

(a)A trade test consists of a trade knowledge test and a driving test, which includes an HMV driving test. Those who pass the Trade Test will be forwarded to be screened.

(b)Screening – general knowledge and driving-related questions The selection process would take place on the same day or the next day (s). If necessary, outstation candidates should make their own arrangements for lodging and boarding.

  1. PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION: Constructors:

The selecting process will take place on the same day or the next day (s). Outstation candidates are urged to make their own housing and boarding arrangements at their own expense if necessary.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

  1. The short-listed qualified applicants will be considered for engagement on a Fixed-Term Contract (One Year) basis, subject to their merit order, availability of vacancies in consideration, and reservation for SC/ST/OBC. The prospective candidate must be capable of performing the duties of the position.
  2. Contract Period: This contract may be cancelled earlier by Management at any time throughout the length of the contract, or in the event of poor performance. This position can be transferred to any Indian station.

3.Reservation would be made for SC/ST/OBC/Ex-Servicemen/Economically Weaker Section candidates in accordance with government directives on post reservation.

  1. SC/ST candidates who are eligible for the post and live more than 80 kilometres from the venue and are not employed by any Government / Semi-Government / Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Bodies will be reimbursed second class rail / bus fare by the shortest route as per rules, subject to the submission of a request in the prescribed format and the production of evidence to that effect.
  2. Unsigned, unfinished, mutilated, or received by post/courier services applications will not be considered.

6.Applicants must ensure that they meet all of the eligibility requirements as of May 1, 2022, and that the information they provide in their application is accurate in every way. If the particulars provided by applicants in the application or testimonials attached/provided are found to be incorrect / false or do not meet the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post at any stage of the Selection Process, the candidature is liable to be rejected and, if appointed, services will be terminated without notice or explanation.

Application Fee

OBC candidates must submit a photocopy of their caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the format stipulated by the Government of India. The certificate must specify, among other things, that the candidate is not a member of a socially advanced segment that is not eligible for OBC reservation in civil jobs and services under the Indian government. The ‘Creamy Layer’ Exclusion clause should be included in the Certificate.

Candidates’ OBC certificates shall be based on the Central List of OBCs provided by the Government of India, rather than the State Government.
