Educational Qualification

9 Officer (ITS)   Graduate in any discipline with 2 years of study leading to PG Diploma / Human Resource Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labor Welfare / Post Social Work / Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA).OR with specialization in Personnel Management and Labor Welfare / Human Resources from a recognized Indian University / Institute with not less than 60% marks in aggregate of all semesters / years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates should have minimum 55% marks against reserved posts.
10 Officer (Legal)   Candidate should possess Graduate in Law / LLB or equivalent. Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA and above) in graduation.

   Candidate should possess minimum 2 years post qualification work experience in Public Sector Undertaking / Nationalized Bank / Statutory Corporation / Central or State Government Department / Undertaking or Company / Large Private Sector Firm / Advocate or Advocate or Advocate in a reputed Law. Company.

Age Limit

Salary Details

Candidates will be appointed in Grade ‘A’ in supervisory category on basic pay of Rs.50,000/- with IDA pay of Rs.50,000/- – Rs.1,80,000/- subject to medical qualification.

Selection Procedure

  • The examination will be conducted through online examination (temporarily conducted only at Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Cochin, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore) and personal interview of shortlisted candidates to assess various aspects of knowledge, skills and attitude. , eligibility.
  • Final examination will be conducted on the basis of 85% marks in written test and 15% marks in interview.
  •  Candidate must have secured minimum 40% marks in written test and interview seperately. For SC/ST/PwBD minimum 35% marks.
  •  Selection Procedure for Post Code CPCL 10 (Officer (Legal)), Candidates will be selected through an Personal interview held in Chennai.

Candidates applying for this recruitment can use their current and active email id and mobile number. Those who do not have email ID and mobile number should create an email ID and have a mobile number.   • After providing the details for mandatory fields, the candidate has to click on the “Submit” button on the ‘New User Registration’ form.
  • After successful submission, the user ID and password will be generated and displayed to the user on the screen, the user ID and password will be sent to the applicant’s email id and mobile number.
  • Candidate has to enter his user id and password on the login page and click on login button to complete the login process. On the first successful login, the candidate must change their password.
  • Then, an instruction page will appear. After reading the instructions completely, the candidate should select the check box shown on the screen and give “Notification”. Click the “Continue” button to continue. Now, the application form for the selected post will appear on the screen.
