Educational Qualification

  • Ph.D. Degree in library science / information science / documentation / archives and manuscript-keeping. 
  • Evidence of innovative library services, including the integration of ICT in a library.

Preferable: Candidates completed a graduation degree M.Phil./ Ph.D. Degree in from specialization Library Science / Information Science / Documentation /Archives and manuscript-keeping.

2.Superintending EngineerCandidates completed a graduation degree B.E. / B. Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class or its equivalent Grade with good academic record from a recognized University Institute. 

Desirable: 

  • Candidates completed a graduation degree PG Degree in the field of Construction Management / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidates having Knowledge of Computer – aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology / other relevant software.
3.Deputy Registrar
  • Candidates completed a graduation degree PG Degree secured with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent grade.

Desirable: 

  • Candidates completed a graduation degree PG Diploma in Management / HR / Finance/Materials/Computer Applications etc. 
  • Candidates completed a graduation degree Qualification in the field of Management / Engineering law. 
  • A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree or diploma for the post of Deputy Ravisher (Finance and Accounts) or Deputy Registrar (Internal Audit).
4.Executive Engineer (Civil / Electrical)Candidates completed a graduation degree secured with First class Bachelor’s degree in the field Electrical Engineering from a University / Institute in field Civil / recognized

Desirable: 

  • Candidates completed a graduation degree PG  Degree in the field of Construction Management / Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Candidates completed a graduation degree Knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology / other relevant software.
5.Assistant RegistrarCandidates completed a graduation degree PG  Degree secured with minimum 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. 

Desirable: 

  • Candidates completed a PG Diploma in HR / Finance / Materials / Computer Applications etc. 
  • Candidates completed a Qualification in the area of Management / Engineering /Law. 
  • Candidates completed a A Chartered or Cost Accountant degree or diploma for the post of Assistant Registrar (Finance and Accounts).
6.Sports Officer
  • Candidates completed a PG  Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science secured with first class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed). 
  • Candidates should qualify in the National level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC, OR Diploma in coaching from National Institute of Sports or from any equivalent Institute. 
  • Candidates Should qualify in the physical fitness test in accordance with the relevant Regulations of UGC as part of the selection process.
7.Medical Officer
  • Candidates Should have completed an MBBS Degree or related qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. 

Desirable: 

Candidates Should have completed a PG degree, preferably in MD, in field of General medicine, or related qualification included in any one of the Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 0f 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register. 

                                OR 

M.D. (Psychiatry)l DNB (Psychiatry) /lvID Medicine/ Cardiology OR PG diploma in an appropriate branch of Medicine.

8.Senior SuperintendentCandidates Should complete a PG degree in any specialization secured with minimum 50% marks or its equivalent grade.

Desirable:  

  • Candidates Should completed a PG degree in MBA in field of HR / Finance / Materials r Computer Applications. 
  • PG Diploma in HR / Finance / Materials / Computer Applications etc.
9.Physical Education Instructor
  • Candidates Should complete a PG Degree in the field of Physical Education and Sports or Sports Science secured with first class or 50% (or an equivalent grade in a point- scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
  •  Diploma in coaching from NIS or from any equivalent Institute. 
  • Candidates Should qualify in the field of physical fitness test in accordance with the relevant Regulations of UGC as part of the selection process.
10.SuperintendentCandidates Should complete a PG Degree in any specialization with at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute with excellent academic record.

 OR 

Secured First class Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university or Institute.

Desirable: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or Commerce/N4BA in HR or Finance or Systems/ MCSA4CA or equivalent (Awarded by any University recognized by UGC or AICTE). Diploma in Computer application and Secretarial Practices. Shorthand in Hindi/English.

11.Junior Engineer (Civil / Electrical)Candidates Should completed Bachelor’s Degree in field of Electrical IN HVAC Civil Engineering secured with first class from a recognized University Institute. Candidates Should have minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of civil/ electrical/ HVAC works of construction/ maintenance of building projects preferably in organizations/ firms dealing with works as per CPWD/ PWD/ Govt. norms

                              OR 

Candidates Should complete Diploma in the field of Electrical IN HVAC Civil Engineering secured with first class from a recognized University / Institute. 

12.Technical Assistant (Lab)Candidates Should complete a B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA secured with first class 

                                   or 

Candidates Should complete a PG degree in M.Sc. / BS-MS with minimum 55% marks in the applicable field. 

13.Technical Assistant (lT)Candidates Should complete a B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA secured with first class or M.Sc. / BS-MS with minimum 55% marks in the applicable  field.

Desirable: Have a Certification in RHCE/RHCE or CCNA/CCNP.

14.Jr. Library SuperintendentCandidates Should have completed PG Degree in the field of Library Science/Library and Information Science with 55% marks from a recognized University. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science library and Information Science with first class from a recognized University.

Desirable: Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application/ Digital Library Management/ Library Automation from a recognized Institute 

15.Office Assistant (MS)Candidates Should have completed a Bachelor’s Degree secured a minimum 55% marks in any field with excellent computer proficiency in Office Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
16.Jr. Technical Assistant (Lab/IT)Candidates Should complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Technology / Engineering in relevant fields with at least 55% marks. 
17.Jr. Office AssistantCandidates Should complete a Bachelor’s Degree with 50% in any specialization with excellent computer proficiency in Office Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
18.Junior Assistant (MS)Candidates Should complete a Bachelor’s Degree secured with 50% of marks in any specialization with excellent computer proficiency in Office Applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
19.Lab AssistantCandidates Should complete B.Sc. (Physics/ Chemistry / Earth & Environmental Sciences / Biological Sciences) with 50% of marks from a recognized University / Institute.

Desirable: PG degree in field of Science.

20.Attendant(Lab/lT)Candidates Should completed a Matriculation or three years Diploma from a recognized University / Institute in relevant field.

Desirable: Candidates Should complete a Diploma in the field of Networking / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / CAD.

2.Superintending EngineerCandidates should have a minimum of 5 years of regular service as Senior Executive Engineer in Pay Level-I2 or equivalent or 10 years of regular service as Executive Engineer in Pay Level-I or equivalent; in Central Govt. / State Govt. / Semi-Govt. / PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization/ Govt. University / Institution of National Importance / reputed organizations under Central Govt. / State Govt. etc., dealing with the construction of building projects as per CPWD norms.
3.Deputy RegistrarCandidates should have a 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in Pay Level l0 (PrePA-3: GP 5400) or equivalent post in mint/ Government Research Establishments/ Universities/ Statutory Organizations/ Government Organizations of high repute
4.Executive Engineer (Civil / Electrical)Candidates should have a minimum 10 years of experience at the level of Assistant Engineer or equivalent position in Pay Level -7 or above: OR 5 years of experience as Assistant Executive Engineer or equivalent position in Pay Level10 or above; in reputed Govt. Institutions/ Public Works Organizations / PSUs etc., dealing in construction of building projects as per Govt. / CPWD norms.
5.Assistant RegistrarCandidates should have a minimum  5 years of experience in Pay Level-7 or above OR 7 years of experience at Pay Level-6 or above as Superintendent / Section Officer I Private Secretary or equivalent post in handling Administrative/ Finance & Accounting / Academic Legal / Statutory / Audit / Stores & Purchase / Establishment matters in Central / State Government / Central / State funded Educational Institutes / Govt. Universities / Comparable Research Establishment and other Institutions of Higher Education.
6.Sports OfficerPhysical Fitness Test Norms: 

  • The Physical fitness tests will be as per the provisions of “University Grants Commission (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) Regulations, 2018.”
  • All candidates who are required to undertake the physical fitness test are required to produce a medical certificate certifying that he/she is medically fit before undertaking such tests. 
  •  On the production of such certificate mentioned in sub-clause 2 above, the candidate would be required to undertake the physical fitness test in accordance with the relevant Regulations of UGC.

8.Senior SuperintendentCandidates should have a minimum  5 years  of experience in Pay Level-6 or above as Junior Superintendent or equivalent post in handling Administrative/ Finance & Accounting / Academic legal I Statutory / Audit / Stores & Purchase / Establishment matters in Central / State Government I Central / State funded Educational Institutes in Govt. Universities / Comparable Research Establishment and other Institutions of Higher Education.
