Eligibility Criteria for MANAGE Recruitment

Educational Qualification

Given below details are required by the candidates who apply for this MANAGE Recruitment 2022:

1. The Director – This is a must-have position: 1. A Master’s degree in Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics, or Agricultural Marketing with a first or second class honours. 2. Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a reputable university, with a minimum of 10 publications in the form of books, research papers, or policy papers. 3. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on training, teaching, consulting, and research, with at least 5 years in the cadre of Deputy Director/ Associate Professor with a Grade Pay of Rs.9000/- or higher. (B) If the candidate comes from a certain business or profession, the following is required: – A distinguished expert with a well-established reputation in the relevant discipline who has made significant contributions to knowledge in the fields indicated at (A) above, to be substantiated by credentials.

2. UDC (Upper Division Clerk) – Required: (A) 1. A First or High Second Class Master’s Degree in Agronomy/Soil Science/Agricultural Economics/Agricultural Extension OR a Master’s Degree in Public Policy/Behavioral Sciences/Public Administration/Mass Communication/Social Work/Economics/Information Technology/Computer Applications. 2. A Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a recognised university, with at least 10 publications in the form of books, research papers, or policy papers. 3. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field, with at least 5 years in the cadre of Dy. Director/Associate Professor in the Rs.9000/- grade or Pay Matrix 13A. (7th Pay Commission).

3. Junior Technical Assistant (Network Administration) – This position is required: A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university is required. 2. English typewriter speed of 30 wpm.

4. Junior Technical Assistant (Training) – This position is critical: 1. First Class 12th Standard or equivalent in Science and Mathematics from a Government approved Board with A-Level certificate course in Electronics and certification or 2. A first-class three-year diploma in electronics, information technology, or computer science from a government-sponsored institute or a university recognised by the government, or 3. A first-class bachelor’s degree in electronics, information technology, or computer science from a recognised university.

5. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – Required: Matriculation (10th Class Pass) from a recognised Board, plus one of the following qualifications: 1. Typing skills 2. Computer/IT Fundamentals Certificate Course
