2. Service Description
Career7 provides psychometric assessments, AI career tools, and a digital profile for career guidance only.
3. User Eligibility
Career7 is available to users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Career7 Coins
Career7 Coins are non-refundable digital credits, have no cash value, and expire only if your account is deleted.
5. Subscription Terms
Career7 Plus is monthly recurring. You may cancel anytime. Partial months are not refunded.
6. Assessment Disclaimer
Assessment results are indicative guidance only. They are not clinical diagnosis, hiring criteria, medical advice, legal advice, or guaranteed career outcomes.
7. AI Disclaimer
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important advice with qualified professionals.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not scrape Career7, create fake accounts, abuse payment systems, resell assessments, or interfere with the service.
9. Intellectual Property
Career7 assessments, reports, software, and content are owned by MIB LLP. Your submitted profile and personal data remain yours.
10. Limitation Of Liability
Career7 is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. MIB LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses from use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
