Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clear rules for Career7 Coins, subscriptions, assessments, AI tools, report unlocks, PDF exports, failed payments, duplicate charges, and cancellation requests.
1. Scope
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to Career7 services owned and operated by MIB - MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL LLP, including Career7 Coins, assessment unlocks, report unlocks, PDF exports, AI tools, resume services, subscriptions, and other paid digital services.
By purchasing or using any paid Career7 service, you agree to this policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Digital Product Nature
Career7 provides digital credits, AI-generated services, psychometric assessments, reports, profile features, and downloadable outputs. Many services are delivered immediately after payment or coin deduction.
Because digital services can be consumed instantly, completed or successfully delivered services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy.
3. Career7 Coins
Career7 Coins are digital credits used inside Career7. Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed for money.
Coin purchases are generally non-refundable after successful credit to your wallet. If coins were not credited due to a payment or technical failure, contact us and we will investigate and either credit the coins or process an eligible refund.
4. Assessments, Reports, And AI Services
Coins deducted for a started assessment, completed assessment, report unlock, AI tool response, resume service, C7DP feature, or successful PDF export are not refundable once the service has been delivered.
If a paid service fails due to a verified Career7 technical error and no usable result is delivered, we may reprocess the service, restore access, or refund the relevant coins to your Career7 wallet.
5. Failed, Duplicate, Or Incorrect Payments
If money was debited from your payment method but coins, subscription access, or paid service access was not delivered, contact us with the payment reference, registered email, amount, date, and screenshot if available.
Verified failed or duplicate payments may be refunded to the original payment method or corrected through coin credit, depending on gateway status and applicable payment rules.
6. Subscriptions And Cancellations
If Career7 offers subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals through the available account, payment, or support process. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Subscription fees for an active billing period are generally non-refundable after benefits have been made available, except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge is verified.
7. Tax, Currency, And Gateway Charges
Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your country, region, and payment method. Currency conversion, bank charges, foreign exchange fees, and payment gateway charges may be controlled by third parties and are not always refundable by Career7.
Where a refund is approved, the final received amount and timeline may depend on your bank, card network, wallet provider, or payment gateway.
8. Refund Review Timeline
Refund or correction requests should be sent within 7 days of the transaction or service failure. Requests received later may be reviewed at our discretion based on available records.
We aim to review eligible requests within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7 to 10 business days, but bank or gateway settlement may take longer.
9. Abuse And Fraud Prevention
Career7 may deny refunds, reverse promotional credits, suspend accounts, or restrict access where we detect abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violations, fake accounts, payment manipulation, or attempts to consume digital services without paying.
10. How To Request Support
Email hello@career7.in from your registered email address.
Include your Career7 account email, transaction ID or gateway reference, payment date, amount, country, service purchased, and a clear description of the issue.

11. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy to reflect changes in Career7 services, payment methods, laws, taxes, or operational rules. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
